  • You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, low, grieving, or simply unsure about your next steps in life, therapy offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. It’s a place to process emotions, develop meaningful coping strategies, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.

Therapy can also support you in navigating the complexities of relationships—whether it’s with a partner, family member, or friend.

  • You can securely pay for your sessions by providing your credit card information via the Client Portal. Venmo, Zelle, FSA and all major credit cards are accepted.

  • Yes, if you do not give at least 48 hours notice before cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, you will be charged your full session fee.

  • While I do not prescribe medication, I’m happy to support you in exploring all aspects of your mental health care. If you’re interested in considering psychotropic medication as part of your treatment, I can help connect you with a trusted prescribing provider.

Therapy can be deeply effective on its own, and for some, it’s also beneficial when combined with medication. Many of my clients choose to begin with therapy alone, while others integrate both approaches—based on what feels most aligned with their needs and goals. The choice is entirely yours, and I’m here to help you navigate it with care and clarity.
