Group Offerings:

Trauma and Empowerment Group for Mothers:

Using the evidence-based TREM curriculum, this group will guide participants through a 10 week journey of empowerment, trauma recovery, and self-acceptance through the lens of being a mom. It’s an ideal setting for those who may be new to trauma work or who are feeling hesitant about entering a group format. Brittany and I take an extremely compassionate and intentional approach to co-create a safe and affirming space for participants to process their thoughts, feelings, and experiences within the group.


 Key Details: 
 • Who: Mothers (18+) with trauma history 
 • When: Mondays at 12:00 pm EST, beginning September 8th, 2025 for 10-weeks 
• Where: Virtual via Zoom 
 • Fee: $85 per session (sliding scale spaces upon request)

Teens Trauma and Empowerment Group:

Guided by the evidence-based TREM (Trauma Recovery and Empowerment Model) curriculum, this nine-month group invites participants into a deeply supportive and structured journey of recovery. Through a blend of psychoeducation, guided reflection, and meaningful dialogue, members are gently led through themes of trauma recovery, empowerment, female connection, and self-acceptance.

This group is designed to help teenagers reclaim their voices, release shame, and experience the healing power of vulnerability in a safe and intentional community.

This group is especially supportive for those who may be:

  • New to trauma work and looking for a gentle, guided entry point

  • Hesitant about group therapy but longing for connection and shared healing

  • Seeking to better understand the impact of trauma and reconnect with their sense of self and inner strength

  • Format: Closed group (same members for the duration)

  • Length: Every week for 9 months

  • When: Monday’s at 3:30pm beginning on September 22nd

  • Facilitator: Jane Frumberg, LCSW

  • Consultation: Free 15-minute zoom consultation to see if the group is a good fit
