What is Internal Family Systems?

  • IFS is a gentle, empowering approach that helps you connect with the different parts of yourself—especially the parts that carry pain, fear, or shame.

  • In trauma, certain protective parts may become overactive, while wounded parts may remain hidden. IFS helps create space for all of these inner experiences, allowing you to approach them with compassion rather than fear.
